Not many drivers pulled into Lanier speedway for the BCRL Series but they still managed to put on a show. Driver Gavin Chatham laid down the fast lap if 12.571 to qualify 1st overall as the last car out for qualifying. Tracy Burns also found the speed in qualifying followed by Brandon Borden. Heat 1 would line up Bowes, Borden, and Chatham. Chatham got around both other drivers in his heat to lead all 6 laps to put him on pole of the feature. Heat 2 would see Chase Shepard winning followed by Mansberger, and Burns.
The feature would see 1 caution througout the whole race but the story of the night was how fast Chatham was. leading 28 of the 30 lap event. The finishing order was as follows;
- Chatham, 2. Shepard, 3. Burns, 4. Mansberger, 5. Bowes, 6. Borden
